We employed Cumaru, a high-density hardwood also known as Brazilian teak, alongside Douglas Fir in the design of this detailed and crafted screened porch.
Cumaru was specifically chosen for the pavilion's 500 square feet flooring and its interior and exterior walls, besides for the approximately 520 square feet of the uncovered deck. The overall design incorporates additional elements such as a BBQ stand, a new fence, and stone walls, which integrate the entire project into the beautiful property, making a soften transition to the lawn and pool area
